Pushpa Basnet grew up in a decent family but disliked school. She was only to fail her SLC exam from her school. She retook the test and passed the second time. She is accepted to St. Xavier's after SLC, but she is expelled for one year due to Pushpa Basnet's studies. Students at St. Xavier's were required to serve in different fields while studying, and she spent time in jail, which changed her life.
